Submitting Requests

There are 4 critical points to remember when submitting a new request for completion.

This video walks you through the request form & breaks down the information that we need to complete your requests as quickly as possible!

Describe The TASK

WHAT do you want us to do?

Give a detailed description of the Request being submitted.

"I need a landing page"

"I need a webinar funnel with 3 pages. Registration page, confirmation page, replay page."

Define The TARGET

WHY is it important?

Describe the desired outcome of the request so we know exactly what we're working to accomplish.

Share The TOOLS

WHERE & HOW is the request being completed?

We have to have access to all of the tools, resources, and assets before we begin work on a request. If you're not sure how to share those with us, go back and review the video on Step #2 of the Onboarding Process.

Set The TIMELINE

WHEN should it be completed?

If you have high priority tasks with urgent due dates, make sure that's communicated to us inside of the Request Form. Timelines can/will vary based on the complexity, scope, and number of requests in your queue.
